Terrible Quality and Poor Customer Service
Extremely disappointed with Pro Image Sports and the way they handled a defective Nike New York Giants jersey. I purchased this jersey for my son in November 2025 for over $100. After being worn and washed normally, the numbers on BOTH the front and back of the jersey began peeling. The jersey was even stored in a dresser drawer for several months before the peeling occurred. I reached out to Pro Image Sports expecting them to stand behind a product they sold, but they refused to help me. Instead, I was told to contact their main office through the website. After doing that, the response I received was essentially to dispute the credit card charge from 10 months ago. Seriously? The solution to a defective $100+ jersey is to dispute a credit card charge from nearly a year ago? That is completely unacceptable customer service. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. A jersey costing over $100 should not have the numbers peeling off after a relatively short period of time. What is most disappointing is not just the poor quality of the jersey, but the complete lack of willingness to stand behind the product or help resolve the issue. I will absolutely be sharing this experience with other consumers and exploring other avenues to address it. Pro Image Sports needs to do better. If you are spending over $100 on a jersey, you should be able to expect both quality and customer service when something goes wrong. I have a very upset son who has a brand New Jersey that is falling apart. I will never use this company again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the issue with your son's Nike jersey, as we always want our customers to have a great experience with the brands we carry. We always aim to assist our customers whenever possible. However, because this item was purchased nearly a year ago (in November 2025) and has undergone regular wear and washing, it falls well outside of our standard return and exchange windows. After such a significant period of time, standard retail policy prevents us from being able to process a direct replacement or refund for standard wear and tear. Our recommendation to explore options with your payment provider was intended to offer a potential alternative avenue to find a resolution, rather than to dismiss your situation. We sincerely apologize if that guidance felt indifferent, as that was never our intent. We appreciate your feedback and will use your experience to continuously evaluate how we can better support our customers.
