Contacted tech support after my computer crashed I had to reinstall the programs was having difficulty with the printexp program they had it up and running in no time! They do have a good chat service and can pretty much resolve the issues rather quickly!

After replacing the main board and a new print head, I needed some help for first usage. Great Costumer support, they know what they doing! 10/10

I have had issues with my procolored printers. Just like any machine we will always have issues with any piece of machinery. I have always been able to talk to an agent/engineer when I have needed help. They have always been able to resolve the issue. There have been times not right away but if a part is needed I have never have had to wait to long for the part to arrive. Within that same week the part is at mailbox. Again they have always been able to assist me without any issues.

Tech support always responds and solves any production issues in a timely manner.

The person that helped me was very patient and informative everything that was presented to me. I highly recommend this service to anybody that owns a procolored printer and I am very thankful for you guys help.
