Anne from after sales support and engineer- tan are amazing I had some problems I explained to Anne she connected me to engineer-tan he helped me with my guide rails and the lubricant used as well as pictures and videos to help me every step of the way then I was transferred back to anne after all my questions and problems were answered 10/10 customer service
