The printer is great! The colors are amazing! When I've had issues the help desk has been able to help me solve my issues promptly. If I had to give a criticism it would be how often I need to contact the help desk. Overall, it's a great product with great support!

I purchased the k13 i love this printer everything about it makes it easy to use. I previously owned the l1800 first gen panda printer and this is definitely a huge upgrade. I definitely would recommend. The customer service is always great and very helpful 👍

I just want to say how happy I am with Procolored and their amazing support team! I had an issue with my printer that was really stressing me out because it kept stopping in the middle of printing. Thankfully, Procolored quickly helped me figure out the problem and guided me through the solution. Now my printer is working perfectly again and printing beautifully!
