I initially purchased my printer last year. It was an investment I made with a lot of sacrifice and savings because I really wanted to have my first DTF printer. Everything started off great until I began experiencing some issues with the printer. At first, I was honestly scared. I remember thinking, “Wow, what am I supposed to do now? This is my first printer, and I really don't want to lose all the money I invested.” But from that moment on, I can confidently say that the technicians and customer service team at Procolored have always treated me with patience, respect, and, most importantly, a genuine desire to solve my problems. They don't just help you to get the job done and move on. They actually care about finding a solution. Recently, I had an issue with my printhead because I accidentally got it and the cables wet while cleaning it. Today, my replacement printhead finally arrived, and with the engineer's guidance, I was able to install it correctly. The engineer's clear explanations and incredible patience gave me so much confidence that everything was going to work out. And it did! My printer is finally working again, and I'm already printing! I'm truly grateful. Your customer service is excellent, and I genuinely appreciate it. I believe that even before having the best products or the latest technology on the market, one of the most important things a company can offer is outstanding customer service. And that's something Procolored has truly demonstrated throughout my experience. Thank you so much for your patience, professionalism, and dedication to helping your customers!

I've had my Procolored K13 Lite machine for about 2 months now and besides the maintenance, it's pretty easy to use. When I do run into operational problems, support is right there to help me along the way. You can tell them any problem you are experiencing with your machine and they work and walk you through each step into the problem is resolved. They are very patient and ensure that everything that needs to be handled is taken care of. Thanks support for always being there!!
