I have had K13Lite for about 8 months now. I would recommend it. As long as you follow your daily & regular maintenance, it will last you a long time. I have not needed to replace my printhead, which is a very good sign. If you do need assistance, customer service is always helpful and does walk you step by step with video instructions.

I’ve had a great experience with my Procolored DTF printer. Overall, it is a great printer and has allowed me to create high quality prints. Like with any printer, sometimes issues come up, and I’ll be honest some of them can be very frustrating, however one thing I really appreciate is technical support is always there to help troubleshoot and find the solution.

the tech was knowledgeable and patient with me walked me through each step and got my problem fixed . I will definitely call them again with any problems i may have.
