Paid for a report, never got anything
Paid for an standard employee background report. After 24 months we did not received any work from them. Privin did not reply when we complained via email. We have a copy of the invoice, etc. so this is pretty straightforward transaction. It seems to be one person out of AZ. (At this late time, the only reasonable remedy would be to refund the invoice.) Note: After seeing this review, the vendor refunded the fee.

Hello, We take feedback like this seriously, and I want to clarify the situation for transparency. This matter was fully reviewed on our end, and although we dispute parts of the characterization, a full refund was issued to you promptly as a good-faith resolution. As noted in your own update, the invoice was refunded in full. Our team handles a high volume of investigative requests, and in rare cases where expectations are not aligned or communication breaks down, we will step in and resolve the matter decisively, as we did here. Given that the issue has been fully resolved and no financial loss remains, we respectfully ask that you consider updating or removing this review to reflect the final outcome. If there is anything further you’d like to discuss, you are welcome to contact us directly. — Privin Network
