Scammers well connected to cons. You will be FLOODED as I was with scammers attempting to con you. Parent company is ConnectedInvestors and they were investigated and paid a huge fine already. No matter their canned responses just search the Better Business Bureau website for complaints against them.

Filled out a form on their site and have gotten 15+ sales calls since in 2 days, along with 10+ sales texts. If it doesn't stop, my personal phone number is ruined.

Hi Chad, Thanks for your feedback as we understand how frustrating unexpected calls and texts can be. To clarify, when someone submits a request on PrivateLenders.com, we match them with multiple lenders who are actively looking to fund deals like theirs. This approach is designed to empower our borrowers to find the best deal by giving them access to competitive options. That said, we also cap the number of lenders per submission to avoid overwhelming those submitting the form with outreach. In your case, you submitted two separate requests, which is why you received outreach from multiple lenders in a short time. If you'd prefer fewer calls, we recommend submitting just one request at a time. This helps keep the process manageable while still connecting you with lenders who can help fund your deal. We’re here to help, so if you’d like assistance managing future requests, feel free to reach out anytime. Best regards, The PrivateLenders.com Team
