We are so sorry to hear your experience at the collection site wasn't a good one. Although we are a separate company from Quest, we expect them to fulfill our lab orders quickly and professionally. Same day test was excellence! Didn't make a appointment so did have to wait, it wasn't bad though. I will say some people might feel embarrassed to have what their getting tested for repeated back to them, not me though. Its essential in life to get tested and I'm glad I did.
