Everything was simple and easy...the only reason I didn't give five stars is I thought it was too expensive.

Fast and easy, but consider maybe not making the partial results available before the final tests are all done. Some tests take a lot longer to do to confirm things and can make your anxiety spike pretty bad.

I appreciate the professionalism and support. Unfortunately there was a delay in my results because of an identification delay, but the staff were wonderful in correcting the error and forwarding my results.

The staff was wonderfully pleasant. They double-checked with me multiple times to make sure my information was correct. They cleaned their hands and the injection site well. Loved the electronic check-in. It would be even better if each person got a number instead of our names being read out loud in the waiting room. The floors looked dirty and scratched up, which made me feel nervous about the cleanliness of the place. There was no soap in the bathroom! The instructions I was given for the urination sample said to wash my hands with soap, which I couldn't do. They also said I shouldn't flush the toilet, but then the toilet auto-flushed. The results came back very quickly, which I appreciate. It was confusing, though, that I got an email asking me to create a Quest Diagnostics account, after the previous email had told me not to. Why send the Quest Diagnostics email if we're supposed to ignore it?
