Thank you for reaching out to us. According to our records, your result email was issued on Monday. It is sent out at the exact same time as our review request with the title "Lab Result Notification (Patient Services)". We do not call patients with results as stated on our website and order emails to respect their privacy. If you no longer have your result email, kindly contact one of our patient care managers at [email protected] and we can issue another one.
It is expensive and I receive a false positive test result. That added unneeded stress and created strain on my relationship. I only found out it was a false positive when I went to get treated for the STD I did not have. The clinic that was treating me had to run the test again and it came back negative.

Thank you for reaching out to us. All of the testing that we offer is FDA approved and performed in CLIA certified labs. The NAAT test has over 99% specificity, therefore the chances of a false positive are extremely low. We cannot comment on other testing methods through other services, but chances are the re-test you took was a false negative. Not clear and the patient has to do a lot of work to make sure payment went through and more work to receive their results.

Thank you for reaching out to us. According to our records, all but one of your test results were available on the 2nd day after collection, via the patient login included in your order confirmation email. Your final report was issued on the 4th day after collection. The other test in question is a specialty send-off test which can sometimes take up to 4 days to process. We have been working extremely hard to maintain our 24-72 hour result policy with all of the additional samples for COVID testing, however we did not have any control over this due to the elevated number of tests being performed. If you have questions about your lab order or results, please contact one of our patient care managers for further assistance.

We are contacting the physician who performed your consult to verify that there are no other contraindications that may have prevented your prescription from being called in. Having symptoms does not affect medication being prescribed, as we authorize treatment for patients with symptoms every day. We're refunding your treatment consult fee for the inconvenience. One of our care counselors will be reaching out to you momentarily to follow up. Update: Your prescription has been called into the pharmacy and is ready for pickup. We apologize for the delay.
It’s been weeks and I haven’t gotten my test results yet it was supposed to be a few days

Thank you for contacting us. According to our records, your final lab results were posted to your patient profile 72 hours after collection. Your order confirmation email includes instructions on how to access your test results. I paid $265 to have testing I should have just went to my doctor and had for about $30. The "counselor" said beforehand they would help with submission to insurance. I called back TWICE to ask for it and the same guy Luke kept trying to put me off being very vague and saying well I'll email you the info you'll need but ultimately he never did. Not at all worth the risk and what they promise beforehand they don't deliver. It was a complete waste of time and I'll never use a service like this again. You can get it done way cheaper ANYWHERE else with or without insurance.
