Thank you for reaching out. Nearly all Quest facilities in our network do not require appointments in advance, however due to the pandemic some locations have changed their policy. We have created a custom system that allows us to remove locations from our lab finder either due to poor service or the location no longer taking walk-ins. Our goal is to provide nothing less than 5-star service, and we need your help to achieve this goal. Thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with your testing experience. Our site does state that testing is performed using urine-only collection methods and that collection sites do not perform swabs. If this is not the testing you are looking for, we can certainly cancel the order prior to submitting samples. In order to view the results from your most recent lab order, you'll need to fully log out of the portal by clicking the red "logout" button, then re-log in or else you'll continue to pull the original order up. We will be emailing you a copy as well. Kindly update your review once you have received it, we'd greatly appreciate it! Update: We've spoken with the patient and resolved the issue. According to our records, your final lab results were available just 24 hours after collection at which point an email notification was issued along with the review request. The title of the email says "Lab Result Notification". Our director of patient services has reached out to you in private to discuss this further.
