Thank you for sharing this feedback with us. Although we are a separate company, we entrust Quest Diagnostics to fulfill our lab orders quickly and professionally. Any instance where there is a question about how our patients are received at the collection site, we notify the appropriate administrators at Quest so respective corrective action can be taken. Our goal is to provide nothing less than 5-star service to all of our patients, and that includes the actual testing experience itself. Thank you for this input! We've heard your feedback and now provide all patients with a secure login to receive results online without having to call or speak with a care counselor.
