We have no control over the wait times they list, which nearly always reflect accurate wait times. We're sorry your visit to the collection site was not up to our standards. Although we are a completely separate company, we take all instances of issues at the testing centers we utilize and report them to the appropriate managers at Quest for corrective action to be taken.
