He is very knowledgeable, gave me advice about sleep, recovery and nutrition. After our session he also sent me animations on how to do the exercises to strengthen my tendons.

I am 62 suffered from joint pain and lower back pain for about 3 years now, I thought it just came from wear & tear living an active lifestyle but Thomas helped me realize that it was chronic Inflammation, helped me reduce the inflammation with nutrition and an exercise plan for my recovery. Feeling much better already, thank you.

Thanks David, I appreciate your review! Don't forget the dead hangs I put in your exercise plan, they will help you soothe the lower back tension.
Had pain in my tendons which stopped me from working out. Thomas helped me to regrow my tendon with natural supplements and isometrics I could do at home. I am now back at the gym 🥳

That's amazing Gustavo! Like I mentioned in our session, tendons need longer for recovery than muscles, so if you want to go to the gym 2 days in a row, make sure you don't strain the same tendon.
Thanks for the attention to detail, I made mistakes I wasn't aware and my household was full of toxins which he helped me remove

Thank you for the kind words. Creating a low-toxin living environment makes a massive difference for long-term health. Especially considering how much time we spent indoors.
