It was very professional

My chrome decided to force itself to update right as the appointment was about to start. Luckily Dr. Nguyen noticed my phone number was FaceTime compatible and he called me. Wonderful experience after the fall was sorted out.

Prestodoctor is, by far, the easiest and most convenient renewal you will ever find. In the comfort of my own home, using my phone (or your computer) I spoke with an awesome MD that was professional, courteous, very kind and calming. The entire process took less than 10 minutes and within 2 minutes after we hung up I had a recommendation in my inbox via email. The card and paper recommendation take 2-3 days to get in the mail. I've already recommended Prestodoctor to a friend and will continue to recommend them to other friends and family. The price is also great compared to other options out there. A+

Fast and easy Happy

This was made easy to tak with the doctor and get the help I needed . I liked it because I didn't have to leave my house to get this done . The doctor was nice, professional and answered al if my questions .

I really enjoyed the process, it was very quick and all my questions were answered pretty much as soon as asked. They were even about to help with the problem I was having with uploading my ID. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked for help with their own issues of confusing paperwork and appointments.

Doc Knox was great. Very friendly easy going Doctor. Overall an extremely organized process. I will be back next year.
