The process was fast and very simple. The doctor asked pertinent questions and offered excellent advice.

I didn't realize the benefits of using presto doctor until today. The UX was easy and straightforward from the beginning. I didn't have to wait in a doctor's office for hours. The web chat made speaking to the doctor convenient without taking time off of work.

The doctor was very professional. Getting my card etc was so easy I almost could not believe it.

The only problem is the technology part. I'm on the old side, and loading photographs is not on my list of tricks. Ditto with setting up the video thing, which I managed with help. When it came time for my appt., it wouldn't load. Luckily the Dr. called me on my cell and was fine with it just being like that, even though there was no video. The physician who interviewed me was terrific. He was knowledgeable, supportive, understanding and kind. Can't get much better than that. Your support person that I texted with a whole bunch of times was very helpful and patient also.

I had some trouble completing the application online, so I finally threw in the towel and called their support. Do not hesitate to do this, they are great, walked me right through the process. Excellent with people that do not have a lot of computer knowledge. The doc was ready to chat at the time of the appointment and was very friendly, asked the right questions, and then offered some welcome advice. My temporary license was emailed while the doc was still online. Three days later the package arrived with my license. EASY
