Preferred Patron LoyaltyReviews of preferredpatron.com

The team at Preferred Patron has been nothing short of excellent. They are very quick to respond to questions, service issues, and most importantly training of my staff. I would highly recommend this company for your customer reward needs!

In the printing business, focus on quality is no longer a distinguishing factor. I had to focus on my improving customer relationships, to form a bond that would instill a sense of loyalty. That's why I turned to the group at Preferred Patron. They helped me get started toward this goal, and I have to say, they have been great every step of the way. I have seen significant improvement with retaining customers and feel satisfied that going with their solution was, perhaps, one of the smartest things I could have done!

Preferred patron has helped our company grow & evolve. Their customer service is top notch. They did a fantastic job of giving us a product that matched our company's unique needs.

Absolutely fantastic company to work with. Their technology far outweighs anything else in the market but even more important than that is their advice regarding our loyalty program. They advised us on how best to improve our loyalty program and grow our membership. Best thing was, the technology did all of the work for us!

I would recommend this company to anyone. We have been using Preferred Patron now for over four years and have never had any issues. Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful if you require assistance. Our customers love the offerings of the program as well.

Great company. Customer service is excellent and prompt.

The service is impecable! Whether is it helping me out with technical issues or giving me tips to get the most out of the program, I can count on Preferred Patrons. I had to take over managing our email marketing program with limited technical background. They were patient, held my hand, went above and beyond to make sure that I understood what to do and checked-in afterwards to ensure that I was on the right track. That's service!

I have recommended Preferred Patron to multiple business owners, including my 20 group. I have been with them for nine years, and their product is constantly evolving and reaching more customers. Brett and his team are always available to answer questions, and additional training can be scheduled if necessary. Thanks for all the great years that Preferred Patron has added to our bottom line!
