The staff and the doctor were wonderful Dr. Maria Jun is the best dentist I've ever been up against. She calmed me down. She took a time she didn't rush. She explained everything and she saved my tooth. I am forever grateful to her walking in there. The front desk people were amazing. The assistant was amazing most of all the Doctor was amazing. I give her 100,000 stars and more a Google Google stars.

While the front desk staff was courteous and welcoming, my overall experience at this dental office was disappointing. The dentists themselves were noticeably impersonal—failing to offer a basic greeting before launching into unsolicited treatment recommendations. I felt pressured into considering procedures, including a root canal I had neither requested nor discussed prior, with a tone that came across as both condescending and aggressively sales-driven. The owners, who I believe are a Slavic husband-and-wife team, struck me as cold and unapproachable in their manner. A warmer, more respectful approach—especially with new patients—would go a long way toward improving patient trust and comfort. Needs to be educated on decorum and basic manners. I also couldn’t help but notice the building’s exterior, which unfortunately gives off a somber, almost funeral-home-like appearance—not the most welcoming first impression. After about ten minutes, I chose to leave. Given my experience and similar feedback from others, I cannot recommend this practice. I would strongly advise exploring other options for dental care.

I highly recommend Precision Dental NYC located in Astoria. Recently I had a tooth surgery and Doctor Irene Bokser did a great job. Doctor Aleksander Bokser has been taking care of me for 3 years. All the staff is professional, kind, and accommodating. Under the current environment, the staff has taken extra precautions with face covering and gloves and proper protections maintaining an extremely clean facility. Now I can smile and proudly show my teeth to everyone.
