It was a well-thought-out course with a strong emphasis on practical experience. If you're looking to learn DevSecOps through numerous real-world scenarios, this course is an excellent choice.

The Certified API Security Professional course is highly informative. Throughout my certification journey, I developed a deep understanding of the unique vulnerabilities that APIs can introduce such as improper authentication, excessive data exposure and injection attacks. This knowledge has empowered me to protect APIs against various security threats, ensure data privacy and effectively manage secure access.

The course really prepared me to take the exam in a confident manner. Taking notes and using the provided material really helped and getting certified.

Was able to get hands on practice with securing containers

The CDP certification course is an excellent introduction to the core principles of DevSecOps. The course content is well-structured, offering in-depth explanations of key topics, from security integration in DevOps pipelines to best practices in maintaining secure code. I appreciated the level of detail in the lectures, which helped solidify my understanding of the subject. However, the accompanying PDF materials could have been more comprehensive, as they felt somewhat basic compared to the course content. One thing to keep in mind is that access to the materials is limited to a specific period, and after completing the exam, you can no longer access them. This can be a bit inconvenient if you want to revisit concepts later on. I highly recommend taking detailed notes throughout the course to retain the valuable information provided. Overall, I found the course to be a great learning experience, especially for those looking to build a strong foundation in DevSecOps

What a ride! Some parts were tough, especially wrapping my head around Kubernetes security. But those labs? Game-changer. Hacking a cluster myself really drove the lessons home. The container security bit blew my mind - I had no idea how complex it could get. Tough at time, but I feel way more confident now.

The course covered a good range of topics and could be complete by a beginner. By the end you will have the knowledge and skills to implement a threat modelling process within your org.

I really enjoyed the labs and the comprehensive content. It was convenient not having to set up anything on my machine and the labs allowed me to practice part of the theory I studied during the course. Additionally, the course covered more than I expected. I didn't give 5 stars because I expected more labs on API testing. I missed SOAP, and OAuth testing labs for example.
