The content is top notch as always with practical Devsecops. This was my second course with them , and found it to be extremely valuable for my daily work. Been doing Threat Modelling for quite sometime now , but after the course I learned few new techniques especially that are suited to Agile and DevOps environment.

My experience with CAISP has been incredibly rewarding. The lab provides a hands-on environment to explore advanced topics in AI security and adversarial machine learning. The structured exercises—ranging from model vulnerability assessments to secure deployment practices—offered a practical understanding that goes far beyond theory.

The Certified Threat Modeling Professional course by Practical DevSecOps was an excellent experience. The hands-on labs, clear explanations of frameworks like STRIDE. I now feel confident applying threat modeling.

I've been in Software Engineering for 12 years and in Security for 5 of those. I thought the course did a greta job in reinforcing concepts I already knew as well as presenting information I hadn't considered or learned before. It is definitely worth taking for someone just getting into APIs and API Security regardless of how long you've been in the industry. The labs were very useful and I was a big fan of the lab environment that is provided. That said, the course was entirely narrated by a generated voice which left it feeling unpolished, especially when its mispronouncing common terms and acronyms. I think the course would feel much more professional if a real narrator could be brought on to read the content. Not a deal breaker by any means, but it definitely took away from my focus. I also didn't realize that the exam was an actual practical exam, not a standardized test. That could be my own fault as I may have skipped through that part of the intro. I ultimately ended up thinking that this was better than a regular standardized test, but I would have gone through the course a little differently had I known earlier. Pay special attention to the labs! I will be recommending this course to my colleagues and would recommend to anyone reading this review looking to get more hands on with the full breadth of API Security and development.

Great content, easy to understand, great applicability

CAISP is a great introductory course of AI Security. Great for anyone who is interested to learn the overall AI security fundamentals like LLM, RAG, NLP, prompt injection, and more as well as get certified with hands on labs.

I pursued the CTMP certification to become a better threat modeler and employ those skills in my current role. The course content was relevant and educational, and the exam was well prepared to help me show mastery of the material. Overall, I felt this was a beneficial effort and would recommend this course to any early career security professional

Having an online platform that provisions servers where you can run the commands directly in a real world scenario really helps to solidify what is being taught. The order in which the information is presented helps to build up that knowledge as you start using more and more complex commands and operations, and the level of detail makes it easy to skip through the parts that might be repeated, and have the information you need in the moment that something isn't working. The support team would respond quickly when I would report issues with the content, things like commands that didn't produce the expected results, or information that might not be following industry standard. I experienced a frustration during the exam where the environment reset itself, but the support staff was supportive in providing the resolution needed to get the environment up and running so I could complete the exam within the amount of time needed. The results came in within the 72 hours after the report was submitted and with the help of the notes taken during the labs, I was successful in getting my CDP, which should be an indication that this course is beneficial.
