We were kept informed of the transport progression. Several texts related the approximate time of arrival, and they were right on time. The drivers were very professional and courteous. Our fur baby arrived calm and gentle. We highly recommend Michael and Ian.

We recently received our puppy, and Ryan and David were incredibly helpful. They answered all our questions and made the entire experience enjoyable.

Driver kept contact with me and called to say my puppy would arrive early. When driver showed up was very professional and enjoyed his work and that's the most important the care they give and how respectful he is. I give the driver a 5 star. It was so exciting seeing the puppy come in a good sized van.
