I have done extensive hiking and have always replaced the original shoes' insoles with Powerstep insoles. I have never had blisters wearing these insoles. In addition, they give good support for my high arches.

Very happy to have discovered Powerstep. Saved me from spending a lo t of money on arched supports. Made my feet and back feel wonderful. My second pair. Mailordered because my local store did not have any of my size in stock (O'Bryan's Healthcare) and did not know seem to know when they would reorder. Mail Order was easy and quick.

So far so good. My new supportive insoles got to me sooner than I'd expected. My normally low arches were NOT happy the first day, but my normally pained heels rejoiced. I've gotten more used to standing and walking on them, and I even jogged on them for the first time yesterday. Overall, my experience has been good so far.

I have very narrow heals, an extremely high arch and wide forefoot. Not much of my foot touches the ground which makes 200 pounds hurt. The inserts distribute that weight over my entire foot and now I know what it is like for normal people. I stand on concrete (factory floor) a lot. My feet hurt within one hour but not any more. I can go a full 12 hours on the floor with hardly even noticing my feet. I have purchased a pair for my work boots and several for my casual shoes outside of work. They are an absolute incredible design.
