Powerstep sandals are well constructed: cupped heel and good arch support. Unfortunately they only come in whole sizes. As suggested, I purchased a half-size larger. The extra length isn't a significant problem, but the straps going across the top of my feet are too long, making them too loose--they wiggle back-&-forth as I walk. I will keep them and wear them around the house, but this is the problem with shoes that don't come in half sizes.

Customer service is great with prompt shipping and returns if necessary. Various products fit different feet. I have a low arch and need moderate to firm cushioning and support. Too much cushion is not for my foot.

Flip flops are great; still getting used to inserts.... I'm a nurse doing 12 hour shifts and I'm using them in my sneakers. Not magic, but so far better than anything else I tried.

I need a bit more arch support and more metatarsal cushion. Otherwise, they are pretty good.
