Order came quickly and 3/4 rigid soles fit nicely in sneakers. They are helping my planter condition.

I occasionally get plantar fasciitis, and at the suggestion of my doctor tried Powerstep insoles along with stretching exercises. It works! Now if I have an episode, I toss my walking/running shoes, replace my insoles, and restart my stretching exercises. Maybe if I did it all proactively I wouldn't have the problem.

I bought some Powerstep insoles for my girlfriend to replace some prescription ones she had that wore out. She works at a job where she is on her feet for most of the 12 hour shifts she works. The Powerstep inserts are every bit as good as the custom ones she had, and a fraction of the cost. Highly recommended! I just got her 2 more pairs as backup.
