have to air them out.suggestion; tiny holes throughout the sole for air vents!!

I’d give them 5 stars if the forefoot were made a bit bigger so I could trim it to fit my shoes exactly.

I have developed plantar fasciitis in one of my feet, and I also have low arches. My podiatrist recommended this brand. I emailed to ask Powerstep which insole would be best for me and they told me to buy the Pinnacle. I have been happy with it, and it feels great when I put on my shoes. It has been helpful.

Even though my Powersteps have made a significant difference in my foot care, for some reason, they do not help my heel pain.
