I've bought several pairs of Powerstep insoles and i love them! I have a very high arch, and the "original" insoles are super comfortable and supportive. I put them in workout shoes, boots, clogs - all types of shoes. I bought enough of them that i don't have to move them from pair to pair of shoes anymore. I cannot recommend them more highly. Great product.

First pair cracked after 2 months. Contacted customer service who were wonderful and sent a new pair out immediately. They insoles are very helpful with my plantar fasciitis. I hope the new pair last longer....

I have tried other orthotic inserts to compensate for my high arches that have begun to fall...alas, and not been as satisfied as I have been with the Powerstep brand. Because my podiatrist no longer sold them and they are not available through retail outlets, I called Powerstep directly and was so pleased to know that the company is willing to sell them directly to consumers. I also had other questions answered while on the phone and felt very accommodated. My only wish is that I could just go to a store and purchase what I need when I need it without having to order and pay a postage fee.
