They definitely help improve my plantar fasciitis

I have problems with my feet and the insoles that come in store bought shoes give me no comfort or the support my feet need. However power step inserts are the closest thing to molded inserts made by a foot doctor without the $400 price tag. They are well worth the money and give your feet the support they need.

I have been wearing these for over 1 year. They really do help support my flat feet and eliminate ankle pain.

I was looking for an insole to replace a custom insole I was using. I emailed customer service and the Powerstep Pinnacle and Original were recommended to me. They're both great insoles and fit my shoes well. I have arthritis in my left toe and medium arches. My feet feel great and they're less expensive than my custom insoles.

My orthopedic surgeon saw these in my shoes at my appointment. He checked them out and said to continue using them. I have custom orthotics, but prefer Powerstep. Much more comfortable.

I cannot run without them.

Powerstep insoles are great and help my feet tremendously. I've been using them for at least 5 years if not longer.
