I found Powerstep inserts extremely valuable to help my feet and knees feel better and to help my shoes give more support. I find I cannot stand to wear any shoes without inserts to keep my ankles stable and to mitigate the wear and tear that daily tromping on concrete wreaks on feet.

Seems to be a good product, my 3rd order

Overall great product - has helped for comfort of feet due to flat feet by creating arch for support. Little bit pricey thus 4 star rating but necessary for foot support. Would buy again and recommend to others.

First set of Powerstep I had were the Medical pad but I took 1 step and I knew this was right for me. It took years to figure out what I had to get another set,I kept trying other brands,Always went back to my old set.The Dr. I had been to did not handle them any more and sold me what he had,which I gave away,yet again put my old pair in my shoes. Finally I found powerstep site and I knew these were the right ones.however,I need the medical pad.so,until I get to a Dr. that handles them.I choose the Original powerstep.It too,is the best compared to all other over the counter choices out there,a relative tried my set.Immediately ordered a pair for herself. we both are on our feet all day.I'm in construction.shes in a nursing home.

Good just make insoles last longer.

I have been a big fan of the Pinnacles for years but recently purchased several pairs for myself and my grandson and this new version doesn't seem to be quite as good as former version. That being said they're still the best for my troubled feet!

Good inserts.

Their products are fantastic. I have high arches and have benefited from their inserts and recovery sandals for about 3 years. The only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is because I wish I could process returns and order inserts online without having to call a number. (For whatever reason, the inserts I order cannot be done online.) But their customer service is excellent as well.
