Too narrow
I love the arch support but these shoes are way too narrow. I'll be returning them. Would be even better with more arch support - "real" arch support.

I ordered a pair of men's Pinnacle insoles and two pair of ladies' arch Boosters on October 27. I returned the insoles and one pair of the arch boosters within days of receiving them. Today is December 12, and I have not heard anything from your company, and I have not received my refund. I am wondering is your company is legitimate or just dishonest.

Foot is no better with new inserts. I've worn them for a couple of weeks and, if anything, they feel worse. This is not to say they're no good, but they are not the answer to my foot problem, even though they were recommended by my foot doctor.

I work 10 hours a day 4 days a week. I was hopping the power step insoles would help. But no difference feet we're the same in pain and supper sore.

I have purchase many items from you. I was sent a 15% discount offer and could not get it to apply to purchase. I became very frustrated and sign out.
