Ordered a simple T-shirt for $30USD, paid $60USD ($82CAD) for the only shipping option “expedited 1 day shipping” it has now been 18 days since I placed my order and still have not received my item, I emailed the company with no response.

I ordered several jerseys and outfits for my team there. The profund quality and the nice pirce really make it a good deal. Delivery was fast and all appeared reliable.

Slow shipping (11 days from the UK to EU), slow replies from customer service. The pair I ordered didn't fit me, so I basically paid 44 EUR for nothing, because returns are frightfully expensive: 6.5 EUR non-refundable shipping, then 38 EUR non-refundable return shipping! Won't be ordering from Pony again.

My 3rd pair of sneakers purchased there and they are of outstanding quality. I'm hooked. Excellent service and speed of order processing.
