I feel so much better than when I started. I really wanted to continue with the program but the cost was not in my budget. I hope that I can continue on my own.

The support provided during the program was excellent. The coaches are very knowledgeable and always willing to help. I'm very happy with the results and began to feel better soon after starting the program. I do wish that they did a better job of explaining that it's not just a five month program. Yes, it can be, but it's recommended for most that we continue the detox cycles for the rest of our lives (but with less frequency). I also wish I would have been told that there would be other support protocols and additional supplements to purchase outside of the base detox program.

Chris was a great coach and made himself available for questions whenever I needed. The program has a lot of potential but takes a long time. I feel like the outside cost needs to be put on the table from the start because it can be high and without the extra supplements and procedures.the program could be a flop. I will continue to work on this for myself. As a Healthcare professional I feel confident that I can use the information given to help myself continue to fully heal.

My first coach was kind though not very proactive in guiding or giving instructions or alternatives for nutrition- being a vegan. It wound up she quit and moved on to another job without notification until I was to have another coaching session. This is the main reason for not 5 stars. My last 2 coaching sessions with Tyler were more informative than the 3 I had prior. He gave me direction for products to help me with sleep and directions for tincture products that I could try to help with better gut breakdown instead of supplements- difficult to purchase more because I had already spent so much money on the others. It is A LOT of supplements on a stomach that doesn’t have normal motility:/ Additionally The timeframes for supplements to be taken was pretty difficult for someone who works for a busy hospital to keep consistent and for gut discomfort from the capsules. Sadly I feel I wasn’t very successful because of that- I’m unsure if I really got any benefit. I believe it is a good program and Tyler was spectacular. Unfortunately I feel it wasn’t for me because I couldn’t keep up with the supplements and timeframes and it costing what it did to not get benefits. Other than the 1st few coaching sessions the videos and written documents were informative.

I enjoyed the Pompa program videos. Although much of a review, I really appreciated how thorough the content was and yet it’s simplicity to understand. The Q&A with his son was probably the most beneficial. Overall great experience. I enjoyed my coach too. I gave it a 4 and not a 5 simply for cost factor and how the content was delivered. I’ve had some really great programs with excellent delivery so that was my only thing I compared it too

I had a great coach and am progressing well. My only complaint was while signing up, the total cost was not made clear. My understanding was that fee paid for the whole program and not until after I signed up did it explain the extras. This could be detrimental for people who cannot afford the additional cost as I see on Facebook that some have had to go to extraordinary measure to pay for this. Thankfully I can afford to move on. I do feel that things could be made a little more clear in the portal. Remember people signing up are usually in tremendous brain fog and I myself have had to reread a lot. Only talking to your coach once a month makes it a little hard to clear things up. This is a lot of information very quickly for the average person to take in while still trying to navigate their lives. I feel support should last a little longer without additional cost. I have learned so much and am feeling so much better. I still have a ways to go to feel confident in doing this all on my own. Overall I had a great learning experience and am very glad God led me to this program!

Videos and personal coaching provided needed information. I still have numbness in my feet so hopefully I can repair those cells by using the information I have gained through this program.

My reason for doing the program was really to support my wife in her healing journey. Her health issues were much more serious than mine. However, in the process, I started feeling better and lost approximately 15 pounds, which had been the difficult "final" pounds. At 66 years of age, I would say I feel better now than I have in a long time. My coach was awesome and I always enjoyed our meetings. The only negative thing might be the availability of replacement products from the store. All in all, great experience.
