The program was extremely informative as we discussed the products I was taking, and what they specifically do for mine/your body. My coach (Silvik Avedian) was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and someone who took the time to not only explain the process but took you through step by step. Her enthusiasm was definitely a plus!!! I would highly recommend the program and Coach Silvik.

My husband and I have learned so much from Dr. Pompa and our coach, Stephanie. We have more control over our health with the knowledge we’ve obtained, and we feel better. We’re so thankful God led us to this program after years of prayer for answers. We will take this information and apply it for the rest of our lives.

For over 15 years, I have looked into/tried so many different healing modalities, processes for resolving my health issues but they've always fallen short of delivering what they promised. As a former Hygienist I had many issues slowly coming on. I went down the conventional path of Drs and specialist’s and even HRT. Finally when NOTHING got better I thought I have to do something very different. I heard Dr Pompa speak and it made sense… but could it be true ? Well 6 mons later I’m 40 lbs lighter my Blood Sugar is normal my A1C it back in normal ranges and my blood pressure is better than in my 20’s . I still have upstream issues, but now I know I can really get free from my symptoms and heal the cell. Looking forward to it .

I had a very positive experience with Rebecca Baxley as she lead is through the results of out health assessment. She was very helpful and informative. She was able to reveal some root causes of the issues I have been struggling with for years. You can tell she is very passionate and dedicated helping people reach a healthier you. After our meeting I left feeling like I met a new friend.

I have made significant progress since starting the Pompa Program. Initially, I experienced severe fatigue, low physical and mental energy, persistent brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and found it challenging to manage stress—especially mental stress. There has been a noticeable improvement in cognitive function, with clearer thinking and reduced brain fog. Anxiety levels have lessened, and overall stiffness and inflammation have decreased. Gut health has improved, with less bloating and digestive discomfort, and sleep quality and duration have both significantly improved. Overall, my mental well-being has improved, and I am feeling more balanced, resilient and hopeful for the future.
