HUGE shout out to Yana for the personalized Autism protocol/program!! Yana is filling in the missing pieces I didn't know about to help my 35 yo son recover from the health challenges that result in Autism. He was already on a very good diet and needed just a slight adjustment to benefit on a remarkable supplement that targets, among many things, language development. We saw subtle improvements within 3 days! As time has gone on we have seen increased language - initiating and comprehending - as well as significantly improved behaviors AND voice modulation for the first time! We are now into Body detox and we are just thrilled with working with Yana! It is important to understand that there is little support "out there" for those with autism after a certain young age and nothing for adults who continue to be plagued with health related issues that keep them from living the life they are fully capable. We are aging parents in our 70s so we are so grateful for Yana.

The personalized feedback and help from Jessica Bracco, my coach through The Pompa Program, has been a life saver. I have learned so much about myself, my habits, and my stressors. Jessica Bracco is one of the best coaches due to her understanding and compassion. She listens to the issues, encourages any and all progress no matter how small, and she makes sustainable suggestions on how to move forward in my health journey. The Pompa Program has truly been a God send for me as far as dealing with my health issues and the multiple stressors that have happened to us over the past year; without it I believe I would be a very sick person right now. I feel more alive than I have in years, my sleep has improved, my mood is more positive, I have tons of energy, and I have lost 45 pounds so far just from changing what I put in my body. So thankful for The Pompa Program and my coach, Jessica Bracco amazing experience.

Kasey is and continues to be a great coach. She knows the program really well and works with you wherever you are. She helps manage the gradient and what makes sense for your individual needs. Every time I ask about a product or a specific topic she shows me where in the portal I can find that information and then provides a summary of the call we had which makes things easier. I picked her after seeing one of her FB responses to someone in the group and it has worked out great for me.

Today I received exciting news, and I am still sitting here with a smile on my face. I just finished an ultrasound on my L breast - where we have been watching a small hot spot on Thermography - showing a probable Intramammary lymph node shown on ultrasound for several years. It's gone. The thermography in December showed that it was hotter. It took me this long to get around to making the ultrasound follow up appointment. Five months later there is no evidence that it was there at all. There was also a second area that is completely gone also. I hope this message will encourage others with sensitive bodies going through the Pompa program low and slow with microdosing. Currently I am making my way through the mold program and haven’t even made it to the brain detox yet. My body is healing.

Silvik has helped me through a tooth removal that had the bone infected, paradontal scraping and my upcoming removal of 3 metal filling early June and I am ready with the cavatation protocol. She has been a great support coach!!!

With any successful company you have to have great products and people. The Pompa program has accomplished both with me. Sometimes with health products it is difficult to tell whether or not they are working for you. Halfway through the program, I can say that I feel better than I did at the start and believe the products can account for that. The people I have dealt with have been top-notch individuals. I can't say enough about my coach, Kaylan Lira, as she is knowledgeable, caring and innovative. If you're sick and ready for a positive change, I highly recommend the Pompa Program.

I have been working with the Mary Cornwell in the Pompa Program for 9 months. I thought that I was in pretty good health and physical shape at the time, except that I did notice a decline in physical strength which I thought was just because of the normal aging process but I was discouraged and wanted to do all I could to regain my strength. After my first week or so in the program the first thing I noticed was that my shoes were very loose on me I had to buckle up 2 notches, this was because of decrease in inflammation which I didn't realize that I had. I was shocked! Then in the process of trying to find what was filling my bucket toward cellular toxicity, we discovered that our house was holding black mold. With Mary's guidance and expertise, along with Angeline Helene's mold specific additions we removed ourselves from the situation and incorporated their protocol for mold. I had no idea at the time I started the program how bad my brain fog and energy loss was because of how gradual the symptoms had come on and how i had gotten used to low energy and loss of memory. Thinking back on specific situations I can see now how desperately I needed help. I am so grateful for Dr. Pompa, his program, and his colleagues that work with us personally to apply it. Currently I am gaining strength, stamina, and thinking more clearly. I thank heaven that I was introduced to this program and I'm so grateful for the improvements to my health as I applied it's principles.
