We have learned so much from Dr. Pompa and his coaches. He has been teaching the importance of a diet of whole, unprocessed foods for several decades, and now, more and more medical authorities are supporting what we already know… you are what you eat. Funny, my grandmother used to tell me that! For example, Dr. Pompa tells us to remove highly-refined carbs, fats and sweeteners from our diets. When I went back to cooking with butter or olive oil and eliminating sugar and wheat, the arthritis in my hands disappeared — completely. Getting one’s health back, after a lifetime of the typical American diet, isn’t easy. This is where the coaches come in. They help keep me on-track, provide accountability and are a valuable source of down-to-earth, practical advice. Jen Pankop is my current coach. I love the way she follows up our sessions with a written synopsis of the progress and action items. She never criticizes or pushes. Joseph Nichols is a terrific resource in customer service. Since he is on the Pompa Program himself, he provides caring and experienced assistance.

This is a review about a gentleman named Joey. He was very kind, professional and helpful. In my opinion, Joey is an asset to his employer.

She listens to my concerns, formulates a constructive and well thought out plan based upon what I am experiencing and continues to be a positive force in my health and wellness journey. Both Coach Amy BelBruno and Heather Delaney were so wonderful and helpful in every way possible. It's a well thought out and very detailed program which seems to make me feel better, but only time will tell just how effective it is and whether it was worth the cost. That being said, I do have faith in Dr. Pompa's program.
