Friendly and responsive coach, lots of information available on the FB group, along with all the videos and materials. The program is made easy with supplements for the first 5 months provided. One thing that would have been great is more of an informed consent before starting the program. Detox is no joke and there are many adverse events that were typically not talked about such as nausea, exhaustion and hair loss. While every possible side effect cannot be covered, it would have been helpful to know what might happen. The program seems to cover this possibility with responsive coaches who help steer clients in the right direction. I feel better since completing 5 months and my coach encouraged me to do the deeper work of testing for mold and checking for cavitation. Really great that an initial interview determines if people would make good clients as the level of commitment for this is high. Really glad I did this program and now I know how to detox and that it will be a lifelong endeavor.

I started working with Dr Pompa due to brain fog and major fatigue. 3 weeks in both disappeared. Energy levels shot up and my midday nap is no longer existent/needed! The coaching & support staff are beyond incredible! I HIGHLY suggest them to anyone dealing with issues their doctor hasn’t seemed to be able to help with. The Pompa Program is so well organized and outlined at every turn. I never felt lost, confused or wondered what l was supposed to be doing. From the get-go; goals were clear and there were multiple ways to get questions answered. My coach Jessica E. was knowledgeable and very empathetic. She listened and always had great resources and suggestions for me. I felt really supported. The products and the Cellular Healing diet have combined to restore me to health after l had wasted a year battling Long Covid symptoms with no answers from numerous doctors and lots of expensive tests. I feel so grateful to have found this comprehensive program.

Dr Pompa's program has been an incredible experience and one of the best things I've done for my health hands down. I had years of gut issues, white skin spots all over my back, poor deep sleep (oura ring tracker) and a lower immune system which have all resolved. Recently was staying with family and everyone in the household passed around sickness for over 3wks and I never got it once. Thanks to my coach Gina for her amazing encouragement, guidance and expertise through this process, she made very nuanced things simple and straightforward for me. I own an infrared sauna, red light panel, done liver cleanses, gut "healing plans", all with minor progress compared to what PP did for me. I truly believe this is the gold standard in true detox and addressing inflammation for good, zero disappointments.

I believe the ongoing support tools available were an absolute game changer for me. I had the ability to go back a reference these along with checking in with others in the Facebook group. My coach was extremely knowledgeable and was a huge help in my detoxing journey. I am incredibly grateful for his guidance.

Completed the program and appreciated the guidance and quality of support. The program was a learning process and one where the lessons are a complete road map for better health. I came into this program with chronic headaches along with a whole slew of different chronic conditions. I was very skeptical at first as we all are and didn’t know what I was getting myself into. After meeting my coach Chris Wilson and delving into this program I immediately experienced changes with my health and chronic conditions. Chris’s knowledge of the program and patience in walking me through the different phases were paramount in my recovery. He really has set me up for success with my health for the long haul. I’ve walked out of this with an amazing understanding of how nutrition along with proper supplements can change your health and how you feel overall.
