PolicyLiftIn insurance, the first quote in hand usually wins. Yet most agencies spend that window chasing information: three calls to get a VIN, a week waiting on a dec page, twenty minutes on the phone with someone who was never going to buy.PolicyLift is built to win that race. Independent P&C agencies use it to collect complete quoting information in minutes, get quotes in front of prospects while competitors are still leaving voicemails, and spend their phone time only on people ready to buy.It starts with intake, in one place, on purpose. No more driver info scribbled on a legal pad, sticky notes on a monitor, or half a risk profile living in someone's inbox. Prospects get a form that fills itself in from public data, upload a dec page, and PolicyLift reads it for them. Every detail flows into one clean digital record and lands in your rater and carrier portals. Nobody retypes a VIN. Nobody plays phone tag for a date of birth. By the time your producer picks up the phone, the submission is complete and the caller is worth the call. Quotes that used to take days go out the same afternoon, and faster quotes close more often.Because everything is captured, everything is traceable. Every quote has a history: what was submitted, when, and what came back. When a client asks about a quote from three weeks ago, the answer is on the screen, not in a drawer.Live in about 10 days, no upfront costs, no contracts, and it plugs into HawkSoft, EZLynx, AMS360, QQCatalyst, PL Rater, TurboRater, and more. Your team sells. PolicyLift does the paperwork.

We have been using PolicyLift for around three months and it has been a great experience. Our leads are increasing, our agents have more time and our data processing is easier. Anytime we have an issue, the team works hard to resolve the problem, normally with a very quick turnaround. We have been very impressed and look forward to a long relationship with PolicyLift as they continue to move forward and improve their product(s).
