Quick proper response to ime and food answers

I am just starting a podcast and went the Podbean route due to the better no cost starter (hopefully will get to a paid one as it grows!). I had a support question and not only was it answered within several hours but I had not responded that it worked and they followed up with me! If this is how they roll, I will be using them to host my paid version when that day comes!

The customer service I received from Bert was amazing. I’ve had to contact them twice and both times he gave an accurate answer and resolved the issue both times immediately. Customer service is one of the key things I look for when looking for a company to spend my money with. After the service I received I will stay a customer of Podbean for as long as I need their services.

Overall, I'm so happy to be on the platform. The customer service is stellar, the tools work excellently, and I have objectives to help grow my podcast. I'm thrilled to be on a strong and growing dedicated Podcast platform!
