Above and beyond service for home insurance
Five Stars – Above and Beyond! We needed to replace our Safeco/Liberty Mutual homeowners policy after they discontinued coverage in California. Joe Peterson at Peterson & Grantham Insurance Brokers was an absolute lifesaver. He guided us through the process, putting together multiple quotes and navigating the complexities of a California FAIR Plan and companion DIC policy to ensure we had seamless coverage. What really sets Joe apart is his incredible responsiveness and dedication. We were on a tight deadline with Chase Mortgage to have the new policy kick in by May 26th, or risk being forced into a much more expensive lender-placed alternative. Even though it was the Peterson & Grantham Insurance Brokers. Memorial Day holiday weekend, Joe was completely attentive, answered all our detailed questions in writing, and worked tirelessly to make sure everything was bound, finalized, and sent directly to our lender right on time. Joe truly went above and beyond to keep us happy, competitive on our rates, and fully informed throughout. He is highly professional, diligent, and recommended without reservation!
