I had the pleasure of working with Paul and his son Gabriel on the appraisal of my retail complex in Glendale. Paul was honest and his bid was very competitive. If you need a commercial property appraised, call Paul from PM Appraisal. I will definitely use his company again.

I started my career in real estate back in 1977 and have engaged with many appraisers over the years. Paul from PM Appraisal stands out as one of the most professional, polite, courteous, and timely appraisers I've ever had the pleasure to work with. He is the ONLY COMMERCIAL APPRAISER I will ever use in Los Angeles. If I could, I would give him 10 stars.

Paul is, without a doubt, the best appraiser I've ever encountered. His experience and versatility across various types of real estate are unmatched. I've relied on Paul for complex ranches, multi-unit properties, and traditional residential homes, and each time, he excelled regardless of the challenge. Paul's expertise has helped me secure numerous listings, and he consistently delivers with professionalism and a positive attitude.
