When the video arrived our child’s name wasn’t pronounced correctly. It happens a lot, but I had provided the pronunciation when it was submitted. I reached out and the team requested a voice memo to make sure they would get it right. We got our corrected video back almost immediately and it’s perfect!! We cannot wait for our child to see it! Great customer service and quick response.

What a great idea. I love this and was so excited when I received the finished product within hours of completing the order. My granddaughter has a unique name and it was not pronounced correctly. I sent an email back with a voice message reading out how to say her name and the video was fixed within an hour and is wonderful. Great team and great work!!!
