We take feedback seriously, but it’s important to clarify the full situation. When you contacted us about the pronunciation, we immediately asked for a voice memo to ensure we could match the name exactly as you wanted. This is our normal process, as written pronunciations can sometimes be interpreted differently. Even after receiving your memo, we were prepared to continue editing until it was correct. We regularly re-edit videos multiple times for customers to make sure everything is perfect. However, instead of allowing us the necessary time to complete the correction, you began sending repeated emails within minutes demanding a refund. We handle edits in order, as there are other customers ahead in the queue. Corrections require time and are completed fairly and sequentially. It is also important to state that we do not appreciate when our efforts are met with hostility or lack of respect. We work very hard to deliver personalized products, and we expect basic courtesy in communication. Regarding the refund: you were refunded before this review was posted. Even if your bank has not yet reflected the transaction, refunds can take 24–72 hours to appear depending on your bank’s processing time. The delay is not on our side once the refund is issued. We stand by our service and by the many families who have had positive experiences with us.

The video was already delivered in time before the 15th, so it should have been received ahead of your daughter’s birthday on the 16th. Hi Khan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we’re truly sorry for the frustration this caused, especially with it being your daughter’s birthday. We’d like to clarify a few important points transparently. The video was completed and sent to the email address provided at checkout within the promised timeframe. Unfortunately, the email address ending with @dmcc.ee was not receiving our messages, which delayed delivery beyond our control. When you contacted us, it also took additional time to locate the order because the billing name was entered only as “Khlan”, without a full name, and we receive a very high volume of emails daily, which can sometimes slow down responses. That said, we fully acknowledge our mistake at the end of the video where the wrong name was shown. This was an editing oversight, and we sincerely apologize for that. As soon as it was brought to our attention, we were ready to correct it immediately. We understand how disappointing this experience must have been, and we’re truly sorry it didn’t meet your expectations on such an important day.
