Have not had enough time to take the pills long enough to give a rating.

Purchased 750mg peppermint flavored oil. Good flavor with little hemp taste. Larger bottle for the money seems like a deal until you realize that the 750 mg is for the whole 2 ozs. I find that I have to use way more doses to get results similar to what I got from a competing brand's 1 oz. bottle. At this rate, I would have saved money buying the smaller competing brand.

I can't tell you that it is a miracle product because I really can't feel much of a difference. I bought three bottles and we'll give it a fair evaluation after that.

Good for insomnia the first couple of nights. After that, my body developed tolerance to it and became almost useless. I do have chronic sleeping issues and maybe it's not enough for me! However, given the relatively high price, I expected more effect. Sleep aid meds on amazon are much cheaper and could be more effective.

I can't say it has helped me but I'm not discontinuing use.

The gummies are 5mg. It is recommended for me to take about 25mg for my weight.

Tastes good. Would like to try the extra strength version before commenting on the product.
