Thank you Krista! This made our Sunday.
What started off a little bit rocky turned into a phenomenal experience. I had placed an order right before a major US holiday causing a shipping Delay. The COO, Adam, MADE SURE to make it right. He provided top notch customer service and communicated every update with me. He reached out personally to apologize and put my anxiety at ease. He is professional, helpful, and provided the best customer service I have ever received. 5 outta 5 stars. Ill be sticking with PlexusDx for my prescription needs.

Thank you for the kind words Gina! Not only did I share this with the entire team (it’s a team effort), I’ll have to print this one up and put in on the family refrigerator. 😅 - Adam Valentine, COO
So far my experience has been wonderful. I got approved fast. And I signed up on a Sunday night my shipment got to me fast. I was able to up my dosage after a month and I'm seeing better results than I do on Ozepic. I've only experienced a little of nausea and throwing up but after my second month I'm feeling much better. Dr responds fast and the price is affordable will definitely recommend.

Heather, this made our day and I am happy to see the nausea has passed. I post every review internally so we can learn from our customers (kind of like how I put my kid's drawings on the refrigerator). - Adam Valentine, COO.
