Order on July 16th, standard shipping. DHL had it stuck in a DC since the 18th. Saying a 24-48 hour delay. Called customer service today on the 27th and they said I should have it today but because of the delay, call back in 24-48 hours.

The rapid reduction serum made my frown lines deeper and more pronounced. After the serum dries it flakes off in small clumps. The pink/orange color isn't like any skin tone I have ever seen. I do not recommend this product and would not ever use it again even if it were given to me free. The company responded that I had used too much. Any less did absolutely nothing. This product is worthless and a waste of money.

Hi Robin. We are sorry to hear about your experience. Product residue is an indicator that too much has been applied. We recommend adjusting to a smaller application. Gently dab away any excess with a damp cloth. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Thank goodness i only spent money on a sample. It is a joke. I didnt see that it done anything. Was very disappointed. Was hopeful it would do something. Well this is how you find out if something works or not. My advice is not to spend the money buy the sample first to see if it works for you.

Rip Off! Do not fall for TV ads especially ones that offer huge discounts as they are still making a big profit!

Plexaderm does work but is very over priced and the last bottle I ordered did not have 30 days worth of product in it! I found a product called Sudden Change under eye firming serum that is a lot cheaper ($8.00) at Walmart! It works even better than plexaderm at a much lower price and you see the results in just 3 minutes!!!

Consumers, please remember: Just because a company says they're cruelty-free doesn't always mean that they are. I've learned this the hard way - trusting them when they say so - only to find out they are not. When I asked Plexaderm which lists or certification they were a part of, they replied that they are not certified. For any company who genuinely cares about being cruelty free and proud of themselves, the animals and the consumers, they should go the extra step to be certified so that when their name is googled for cruelty-free, they should be listed. Plexaderm is not listed on any cruelty-free list that I could find.

Although there is no cruelty free certification, Plexaderm Skincare products do not contain animal ingredients and products are not tested on animals. Thank you for your interest in our products.
This product doesn't work at all. I was expecting results as advertised on tv but not only got no results but it becomes flaky too. Waste of money!

Horrible product! Thank God I only got one month's worth of product. I'm only 56 and just wanted to soften the bags that are starting. No change. In fact, I thought after 3 hours my eyes looked worse.
