We're glad to hear the Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum is delivering real results. We work hard to make sure our claims match the experience. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review!
I have used Plexiderm for 2-3 years now, and it does help with my under eye bags. However, after the supply went to the new tubes, it seems as if it contains a different recipe. I use it how I’ve always used in the past, but once it dries, I can tell there’s a dry crusty layer under my eyes. It also doesn’t reduce the bags as much as it used to. I’m in the same climate and nothing has changed with my skin care. It just seems that it doesn’t work as well with also leaving residue, where it once never did. When I first purchased it, it was in a pump container, then it was packaged in a twist top container, now in the squeeze tube. I do gently roll it, making attempts to mix it all together, prior to application. It’s just not as great as it used to be. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing it anymore after finishing my current supply. Thank you for your response, again, with using it for years, I haven’t changed the way I use it. The amount, application, or changed to a new climate.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, and we truly appreciate your continued support over the past few years. We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience with Plexaderm hasn’t met your expectations. We want to assure you that while the packaging has changed, the formula itself has remained the same. However, we understand that even small changes in packaging can sometimes affect how a product dispenses or applies, and this can impact the overall experience. If you’re noticing a dry or flaky residue or a change in effectiveness, we’d love to help troubleshoot this with you. Sometimes the way the product is applied, such as the amount used or how it’s distributed can influence the results. A very thin, even layer usually provides the best outcome, and allowing it to fully dry without movement for 10 minutes can help avoid any residue. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’d be happy to offer additional tips or work with you to find a resolution. Please feel free to reach out to our customer experience team directly at 1-800-681-0366. Thank you again for your honest review and for being a valued customer.
I have to admit, I was a little doubtful at first about trying Plexyderm. That is why I ordered the trial package. After using it, I was convinced. A couple of people said," You're looking good. Did you get a haircut ?"I smirked and I told them about Plexyderm. There's nothing wrong with looking good.

I’ve been using Plexaderm for years. As aging is a natural part of life I rely on Plexaderm for those unsightly under eye lines. After using that little pea size amount under each eye it makes a big difference in how I look and feel.Im a loyal customer and will continue to be.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We’re glad to hear the Plexaderm Rapid Reduction Serum is working so well for you. We totally get that it can be surprising when something works as it says it should. That’s exactly what we aim for. Thanks for being part of the Plexaderm community!
The creme works really well. The company has probably come up with the best possible iteration of the squeeze tube. However, I really make sure I get every bit of creme out of that tube. I work that tube until there is nothing left in it! I could see where some customers might not. Also, I like that the company continues to offer me the discount price I receive for buying 3 tubes at a time. I don't think I would pay anymore than I currently am for the product. The 3-pack discount is a good incentive for me to continue using the product....and I have been using it for sometime now. John from Wisconsin USA
