It does tighten up my eyes, and I really like that feel, but it still flakes. Wish it didn't do that.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you enjoy the tightening effect around your eyes—that’s exactly what we aim for. We understand how frustrating the flaking can be and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Using a very small amount on clean, dry skin will help with residue. The application process is key. Be sure to evenly spread out the serum in a thin layer and allow to fully dry. If you need or would like additional tips please reach out to our customer experience team at 1-800-681-0366. We’re happy to help!

Thank you so much for your feedback and for being a loyal fan of Plexaderm! We’re glad to hear you love the product, and we really appreciate you sharing your thoughts about the packaging. Many customers have told us how convenient the white mini resealable tubes were for travel, and we understand how important that is.
