From the check-in until the end of the show, everything was great. VIP staff and venue staff very accommodating and band was gracious with their presence-show time to the VIP audience. Just a great evening of music and camaraderie with fellow fans of Shane Smith and the Saints

The show and VIP was absolutely great!! I am going to do it again and again! Shane Smith and The Saints is a great band, even better in person and with this experience! That night was something special and will be talked about for a very long time. I have been to a LOT of concerts and this was at the top of the list if not the TOP

Loved the experience and not only would I definitely do it again but HIGHLY RECOMMEND taking advantage of the opportunity! Can’t wait to see you again!!

The VIP was very organized; the meet and greet and overall concert was wonderful!

We had a fantastic time! These guys really made us feel comfortable and made my mom’s night extremely special! Super nice guys and I feel lucky that they made time for us! Still haven’t been able to get our photos from the meet and greet though and was wondering how to get them? Thanks for an amazing time!

My experience was horrible since I couldn't attend due to surgery but never could get anyone from this venue to contact me in any way possible. Not only did we not get to attend something. We had looked forward to, but we lost hundreds of dollars, which wasn't necessary. This venue could have given us a voucher to use at another time, but they never took the time to contact us

Aimee and Ted were amazing. The sound check tiny concert was really just a hoot.

The VIP for James Barker Band was top notch. Loved playing games with them, hanging out, asking questions, then hearing their awesome acoustic songs before the show made it very special.
