I have been to this location multiple times in the past 20 years and have always had an amazing experience. Mingo has always been my piercer at this location and is beyond skilled and experienced. You are always in good hands with him. This time I got my bridge done and wow, 2/10 pain, smooth steady hands, quick jewelry insert wam bam THANK YOU MAAM. Joe and Harvey at the front were more than happy to answer all my questions and everyone I bring to them has been very satisfied as well per services and information. They take their time with you and don't rush you through anything or make you feel like a burden. Very fair pricing for the quality of experience and jewelry. The shop layout and jewelry availability is gorgeous and plentiful and they have the new looks that are popular today. I've seen families in there for lobe piercings too and would 100% recommend Mingo for your kids first ear piercings please don't go to a Clair's or icing for your babies. The shop is super clean and smells great and the tattoo artists books there look so awesome too. 100000/10 highly recommend.

Walked in and asked for helix for my daughter, second helix for myself and my friend had her lobes repierced. All done, no problems. My 14yr old daughter felt able to adjust the placement ever so slightly. I was able to be in the room with her as even though she was awesome she wanted to hold my hand (entirely reasonable). Felt much more relaxed and listened to than a previous experience in a different piercers in Fareham town centre where I wasn't listened to, lobe piercings were wonky and earrings weren't the same size. Would recommend the man who did our piercings but foolighly didn't get his name (had a line tattoo on his lower lip)

They bend straight stylets for an area that needs a curved one - this will make it very painful!!! Also, bait & switch!! You probably won’t get who you booked with. When I booked my appointment it was supposed to be with the owner, Noah. He is not who did my piercing. I specifically wanted Noah because of his experience and the fact I wanted this piercing to help with my migraines. The guy who did my piercing bent the stylet in multiple places. It was really painful. (I have a daith piercing on the other side. It was not painful at all when it was placed.) I got there early for my appointment but I was treated like a walk-in. I waited a really long time. During this time I have not seen Noah. Finally he does come out, I mention I have an appointment with him and progress happens. He talks to me about the high quality gold earrings (I have metal allergies, I have to have gold) which were way out of my price range. He seems put off by me relaying that is out of my price range and tells one of the workers to show me earrings. I pick my earring out and pay. Everything is non-refundable by-the-way. They ask me to wait. When I get called back the piercer was not Noah. I kinda saw him bend the stylet in multiple places but wasn’t sure that’s what was going on (he was standing beside me and I didn’t want to turn my head) I honestly didn’t want to go through with it but I had already paid. It wasn’t until I got home that I saw they make curved stylets. Well, that makes sense - so why didn’t my piercer use it? Also, what was the point of an appointment time if I was basically still treated as a walk-in? Now I’m stuck with a piercing I got to help with migraines that I doubt will work due to how particular the placement is for that. That’s why I wanted a very experienced piercer. Either way I don’t recommend it.

Highly recommend! Took my daughter and friend for ear piercings. They were very informative and helpful. Nancy was awesome:)
