Platinum Book writers was just what I needed! They were responsive to my suggestions and helped me tremendously. Joe and the team did a great job. Early editing was a bit of a problem but I believe that has been resolved.

Joe, Lily and support team have been terrific throughout my editing process. I opted for basic editing and have been very happy with the editing and formatting of each chapter. My voice has consistently remained my voice. If I have a question, they get right back to me. I’m a very happy customer.

This review is false and does not reflect any real customer interaction with our company. We take such claims seriously and have no record of this individual in our system. Our team works hard to maintain integrity and deliver excellent service, and we encourage anyone with genuine concerns to contact us directly. Fake reviews harm legitimate businesses, and we are taking appropriate steps to report this.
I had taken services from Platinum Book Writers and they're an extremely bad company they deceive people and only care about making money they don't do any work and waste people's time they don't care about anyone's feelings they're cheaters stay away from them they broke my trust and wasted a lot of my time.

We take strong exception to this malicious and false review. To be clear — we have never worked with you. You have no order, no project, and no communication history with our company. If you truly believe we wasted your time or money, then we challenge you: post the proof. Show an invoice, a receipt, or any email trail — because none exists. We’ve also reviewed your Trustpilot profile, where just days ago you claimed to have lost $8,000 to another company. Now, not even two weeks later, you’re accusing us of wasting your time? This reeks of bad-faith behavior — or worse, intentional sabotage. Your fake claims are not just dishonest — they’re an attempt to defame a legitimate, long-standing business that has worked with hundreds of authors and publishers worldwide. If you can’t compete on the quality of your work, stop resorting to fake reviews and focus on improving yourself. We take reputation seriously, and we’re not afraid to defend it — especially against trolls hiding behind the fake accounts.
